聘請一位半職實習年輕傳道人：發展教會年輕家庭團契 (佳家團契)

條件

（1）有蒙召的經歷與生命見證。有一些傳福音及服事教會的經驗。對年輕 家庭事工有熱忱、異象和使命感。

（2）願意與教會長執同工同心事奉，發展年輕家庭團契，以充份的神學訓 練，帶領年輕家庭敬拜神，學習神的話語。

（3）以成熟的屬靈個性，幫助年輕家庭生命逐漸成長，預備參與教會事工 的服事。

（4）瞭解北美的社會文化，能以英語溝通。具有領導的恩賜或潛能。

Plan

Hire a Part-Time Intern Junior Pastor: Developing the Church Young Family Fellowship (Good Family Fellowship)

Qualifications

(1) Have a clear calling from God and life testimony. Have some prior experiences in evangelism and church ministry. Have passion, vision and a sense of mission for the young family ministry.

(2) Willing to serve the Lord with church elders and deacons in unity to develop the young family fellowship, and lead young families to worship God and learn the word of God with sufficient theological training.

(3) With a mature spiritual personality, help young families gradually grow spiritually and prepare them to participate in serving church ministries.

(4) Understand the social culture of North America and be able to communicate in English. Gifted or potential for leadership.
